We had a great experience trading in our old vehicle for our new ones. Christian was our salesman, he was awesome! In fact the whole sales team was great from the beginning to the end of our time there. We were not prepared to buy a new vehicle at that time, but once we discovered the problems with our old one they were all quick to help us figure out our options. Since the whole team were so helpful and nice my husband decided on the spot to trade in his truck too that day. Christian was very patient and kind helping each of us find a vehicle that fit both our needs. I would highly recommend this dealership and will be going back in the future. More

Our salesman, Hunter, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable and our finance representative, Josh, was a total professional that clearly has mastered his profession. I was shocked to get a follow up phone call and voice survey opportunity as well. I travel to Knoxville occasionally and will certainly bring my truck back to this dealership as I have total confidence in this organization. More
