We had a great experience trading in our old vehicle for our new ones. Christian was our salesman, he was awesome! Since the whole team were so helpful and nice my husband decided on the spot to trade in his truck too that day. I wanted to purchase a particular truck but ended up up-grading to the next level. Our salesman, Hunter, was incredibly courteous and knowledgeable and our finance representative, Josh, was a total professional that clearly has mastered his profession. I was shocked to get a follow up phone call and voice survey opportunity as well. I travel to Knoxville occasionally and will certainly bring my truck back to this dealership as I have total confidence in this organization. More
