Ended up here for service and decided to purchase. Shannon in service dept. excellent. Chuck in sales great. Joe in finance, terrible. Anyway, at the end when he finally gave up i asked what bank is doing the loan, he says first third bank. I had assumed it would be ford or midflorida because yeah thats what it was for the last two vehicles purchased at Ford. Anyway, i ask whats the interest, he says 7.5. Im like what, i said midflordas not cheaper than that? He says not for 6 years. I believe this a lie but will get more info through a lawyer. Regulations don’t say much but do say full transparency, so we’ll see. Anyway, this made this experience terrible to the point that i will never buy a ford again. The google review is going to explain to people why should never to get any kind of insurance through a dealer or even look at rates Ford dealers show you on financing and why. More
