Awesome I went to the dealership on Monday and met Fas and looked at the CRV. Since I wanted to drive another car before committing to a purchase, I left. I totally wasted my time and gas and ended up returning that afternoon. This is the most laid-back dealership I have ever been to. When I returned on Monday, Fas was tied up and asked TJ Hamilton to assist me. TJ was great. Very honest about what would be best for me. I put a down payment on the car (which had to come from Lincoln) and left. I returned on Wednesday to pick up the car. TJ did a great job explaining everything on the car and Cheryl Oxner was very honest and knowledgeable about which an extended warranty would be a good idea. I decided to follow her recommendation. I look forward to continuing my relationship with Honda Cars of Bellevue through service. More

He was helpful throughout the whole process and even after the deal was made, he treated us well and accommodated our needs. In fact, we were getting hungry and Eli provided us with a sandwich and he continuously asked us if we wanted something to drink. He was kind and accommodating and really exceeded our expectations of a salesman. Cheryl also provided wonderful service. She offered additional information and really looked out for us, making sure we were getting the best deal.
