The dealership is in Danbury, CT which is pretty far from Teaneck, NJ. I called and spoke with Lily who was my salesperson. I told her what I wanted and that I had a 2019 Subaru to trade in. First, she wa Teaneck, NJ. I called and spoke with Lily who was my salesperson. I told her what I wanted and that I had a 2019 Subaru to trade in. First, she wanted to see pictures of my car. I called and asked for her e-mail address so that I could send the pictures. She was quite snippy and said it was on the e-mail that she had sent me. I looked for the e-mail address and called back. Then, she gave me her e-mail address. I asked for a bottom line payment. She provided me with the cost of the new car which was very expensive because she had not included a price for my trade-in. Her manager sent me an e-mail and I relayed this to him. She then said she would not give me a bottom line figure until I brought my car in to their dealership. I am not interested in driving to Danbury, CT. More

It was time to let go of our wonderful 17 year old truck. Very hard to do. We also have a 2004 Subaru Legacy and it is still going strong. To replace the truck we decide to buy another SUV, a Subaru Fores Very hard to do. We also have a 2004 Subaru Legacy and it is still going strong. To replace the truck we decide to buy another SUV, a Subaru Forester. Ciliana "Lillly" Genao, Sales and Kayla Pierpaoli, Finanace Manager and Amal, Instructor and Service Department gave wonderful support and instruction. They took the stress out of learning new advanced technology. We were extremely satisfied with the 2004 Subaru and will enjoy this new experience, new technology and long long trips exploring this wonderful country in the Forester.. More

2019 WRX They staff at colonial Subaru was great! . I worked with Lilly and Kayla to get good deal on the car I wanted also with a payment I could afford .
