I was so upset about my check engine light coming on th I am taking time out to write this review about Miss Cindy because she absolutely deserves it. I was so upset about my check engine light coming on the first time in my brand new car. I went in poured my heart about how took my car to other establishments that read the same error. Not only did she listen to me,she educated me.She genuinely cared. You just don't find people out here like her. I appreciate the outstanding customer service that was given. Also, the new lady(Allstate) who assisted with my loaner car was awesome!!! I am very please with my experience overall. More

I love this place! Great Sales Expierience Lee Linton is awesome. I called him on my way to lunch asking him to find me a used car exactly like my previous car with all its bells and whistles a Lee Linton is awesome. Amazing service and staff I took my Suburban in a few weeks ago to diagnose a check engine light and get it serviced. On this particular visit we were in a time crunch and let I took my Suburban in a few weeks ago to diagnose a check engine light and get it serviced. On this particular visit we were in a time crunch and let Cindy know. She was fabulous about getting our service done and the check engine light figured out. We did inform her we were going to come back and get the engine light issue repaired. When we returned a week later to get the other portion fixed our return trip was just as excellent. Joyce got to us right away and had us worked up and our Chevy checked in within minutes. She called me with updates and went the extra mile to ensure I understood what was going on and let me know what my options were. When my vehicle was done she informed me it was ready and let me know that she could have a driver come and pick me up to bring me in. I have never had this much help or even offer of help with another dealer. When I showed up I was greeted right away by the staff, and even only having been there twice I was greeted by name!! As Joyce helped me close up my order Jonathan Stanton-James went to retrieve my vehicle for me so I wouldn't have to walk around in the cold to locate it, he brought it right to the door for me so I didn't need to go far to get in. I would HIGHLY recommend coming to this dealership to get any service done. My vehicle runs great and I really felt that everyone on the staff I came in contact with was AMAZING!!!!! MY MONEY SPENDS ANY WHERE. THIS IS THE SECOND TIME I STOPPED IN TO FREELAND'D CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THI STOPPED IN TO FREELAND'D CHEVY. THE FIRST TIME I WAS SHOPPING WITH SALES PERSON JOHN BROWN .HE WAS NOT GIVEN IN ME ANY TRASH TALK YOU BETTER BUY THIS CAR NOW.THEN ABOUT A YEAR LATER I WAS READY TO BUY, , I CALLED FREELAND'S AND THE OPERATOR WAS REALLY INTERESTED IN WHAT I ,AND TO GET TO THE RIGHT AREA, HER NAME WAS KAYREE GREAT CUSTOMER SERVICE. FROM THE TIME YOU WALK IN THE FRONT DOOR, THE YOUNG LADY SITTING AT THE DESK EVERYTHING WAS GREAT. I ASK FOR JOHN AND EVERYTHING WENT UP HILL FROM THERE. HE ASK ME WHAT CAR I WAS INTERESTED IN AND THAT IS WHAT HE SHOWED ME. THEY DID NOT HAVE THE CAR IN THE COLOR AND OPTIONS I WANTED. HE SAID I WILL FIND YOUR CAR AND HAVE IT HERE TODAY. WELL THE NEXT MORNING I PICKED MY CAR UP. I WORK WITH SEAN IN FINANCING, HE EXPLAINED EVERYTHING IN DETAIL, DID NOT TRY TO SALE ME SOMETHING I DIDN'T NEED. FROM THERE TO THE SERVICE DEPT. THEN I MET THE YOUNG LADY JOYCE, IN THE SERVICE DEPT.SHE EXPLAINED EVERY THING IN DETAIL. AND SAID IF THERE IS ANYTHING YOU NEED OR ANY QUESTIONS CALL ME. I DID HAVE SOME QUESTIONS AND SHE WAS TRUE TO HER WORD. FROM THE OPERATOR TO THE SERVICE DEPT. I WILL NOT I REPEAT I WILL NOT BUY A CAR ANY WHERE ELSE BUT FREELAND CHEVY.
