I had an absolutely amazing experience with a salesman named Oscar here. I was looking for a used Honda Fit that they had available and Mr. Oscar guided me through every step of the way with patience and named Oscar here. He regularly informed me when the vehicle would be ready for test drive so that i didn’t waste time driving all the way to the lot and he kept a steady line of communication. When we got to test drive, Oscar greeted my mom and I with such politeness I haven’t seen from other salesmen. He explained to us in very honest and upfront detail the features of the car and the defects it had with no sugar coating. But what struck me the most about Oscar was his friendly personality. Through genuine connection and his brand of humor, He truly treated me like a friend guiding me to the right decision without any pushiness that most salesmen have. As someone who was burned by many dealerships, it was truly refreshing to see this from him. Even when we left the dealer, Oscar noted down specifically what features we were looking for and regularly sent me different recommendations on cars that might fit the bill, but with no pressure at all. Ultimately, we went with another vehicle from another dealership but I would recommend ANYONE who’s looking for cars in Virginia to reach out to Oscar first. More

Had a great experience with Draven pleasant clean cars very smooth experience in buying a car. However, in the process of getting the car registered the dealership has been uncooperative slow to help and very smooth experience in buying a car. I required 2 additional temporary tags due to the dealerships slow behavior and had not even started the paperwork until I asked a month later. Additionally, they are withholding the registration refund remainder 3months now after purchase and 1 after registration was completed. More

I just leased a new Charger through Ourisman in Woodbridge. I turned up expecting to work with Oscar but he teamed up with Cindy since they were really busy. Cindy took me on a test drive and had my trade-in numbers ready by the time we got back. I got a good deal on my trade-in. They then looked at leasing for me and I decided to lease at a great monthly rate. At the end of the day Oscar got me squared away adding the Charger to my Dodge app and off I went, very happy. Great team work and a pretty efficient process. More
