Best new car buying experience I’ve had. Cindy was upbeat, friendly, professional and extremely knowledgeable. Cindy is amazing! We had a timeline to get a vehicle due to my previous one being totaled. And we also had a strict budget as this was not planned. Cindy and the finance department worked with the bank and got them to get where we needed to be! She kept us updated as it was being serviced for sell. She also made it so easy for us since we are across the state line! 10/10 recommend Cindy! Amber N., however, was sent a VERY unprofessional text to me. It was very random, poor grammar, and had not context. She texted “ it going to take someone with over 700 credit score to purchase that vehicle”. This was after I completed a credit application ONLY to help my husband with his income because I actually make more than him. I already knew I did not have good credit, thanks to Covid and everything being in my name then. So, I can only assume she was referring to the Expedition Max that we were interested in and not the Subaru that she was wanting to sell us that did not fit my families needs! When I asked who this was, she never responded. All I have to say to her now is look who DID get THAT vehicle without a 700 credit score! I also got it in my price range for a shorter term than I had expected as well. So, a win all around for ME! Someone without a 700 credit score. I pray one day you learn some couth, and never again judge someone by their credit score! More

I test drove two different models and she totally explained and pointed out all the options for each model. I never felt pressured or that I was taking up her time. She even worked with the finance department to get me numbers on both vehicles and was very fair with my trade. I ended up finding the Atlas I loved and was right for me. She knew my selection wouldn’t be right until I knew I loved it. Thank you Cindy for your guidance, wealth of knowledge and for providing a true personal experience before, during and after buying my Atlas. We are at the beach now and I felt so comfortable driving it and love the space needed for a beach trip. You and your team are great assets to the OSteen Volkswagen Dealership! We recently purchased a 2026 VW Atlas, and the entire experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cindy was an amazing salesperson—she never pressured us into buying and took the time to make sure w experience was outstanding from start to finish. Cindy was an amazing salesperson—she never pressured us into buying and took the time to make sure we were comfortable and informed throughout the process. She even gave us a thoughtful personal gift, which was such a kind and memorable touch. Cindy also showed us several helpful tips and neat features of the Atlas, making sure we felt confident before driving away. Amber, the New Car Manager, was also wonderful to work with. She was very friendly and helped throughout the process. Her support and professionalism helped make everything go smoothly. Will, the Financial Services Manager, was equally wonderful to work with. He was easy to talk to, answered all of our questions, and provided expert advice on protection services for our new vehicle without making us feel pressured. The professionalism, knowledge, and genuine care we received made this a great car-buying experience. We would absolutely purchase another vehicle from them and highly recommend both Cindy and Will to anyone looking for a new car! More

Very friendly and professional, and I love the fact they left me look and then come to them when I had questions. Amber and Earl were great and Cindy was great at helping me with the App. The only issue we left me look and then come to them when I had questions. Amber and Earl were great and Cindy was great at helping me with the App. The only issue we had was with the detailing of my vehicle. When I got it deliver from the dealership the hood and other areas had spots, swirls and look like dust under the clear coat they put on. Earl said he would have it taken care of when I came back the following Friday. They detailed it but in the sun i could not tell it still had the same issues but when i got home and my husband and I looked at it and was still messed up and the windshield inside and out look like someone just swirl a rage around with dirt water. More
