We have bought several cars from Cindy and always had a great experience. My husband and I both hate going car shopping because it is usually an all day event. We are very busy people, so who has time for that mess!! Cindy had everything ready and it was quick!! The only thing that I would even remotely complain about is the detail of our vehicle. We purchased a van for our daughter and the guys in the back did terrible at the detail work. My two grandchildren did a better job when we got it home. There is a couple of paint chips that we were told would be fixed so when we take it up there we shall see if they get that done. Other than that, Cindy did amazing, the entire staff inside did amazing!!! We would continue to purchase cars with her in the future. She made us feel like family and that she knew me for years!! Cindy if you see this, keep up the good work!! I'm sure the owner must be proud to have a worker like you!! Few and far between for sure!! Thanks again and God bless you and your family!

Cindy! This woman goes above and beyond for her customers. I walked into this dealership apprehensive and unsure of what I was getting into. Cindy greeted me with a smile and heart of gold. She explained things slowly, and thoroughly, without any of the sneaky gimmicks you often hear about when car shopping. She humored me with each request for a test drive of certain cars, and showed me all the information I requested without reservation. Cindy made me feel at ease, respected, and above all else like a human being rather than a sales quota. The dealership itself was sparkly clean, everyone was friendly, the staff was prompt when I finally decided to make my purchase and Will even stayed late to finish the deal. When I called the day after my purchase because of a check engine light, Joseph in the service department got me in immediately and made sure to have his team take a thorough look at the car before I took it home again. I am glad I did business with Volkswagen in Valdosta. Specifically Cindy in sales, Joseph in service, and Will in finance.
