Excellent service from start to finish! Brief story I came in from Maryland in every light on my dashboard was lit up on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately came in with my infant newborn g Brief story I came in from Maryland in every light on my dashboard was lit up on a Sunday afternoon. I immediately came in with my infant newborn grandson, panicking because I was out of town and only in town for a short period of time and I could not travel with this vehicle in these hot weather conditions with the newborn baby, The service advisor assisted me immediately even though he was swomped with other vehicles that also needed repair. He told me that i could leave my car and he offered me a ride to my daughter's house which is right around the corner, he kept me updated on all the the repairs that were being performed. Offered to pick me up and go over the bill. Also, when I arrived my car was clean inside and out. I couldn't ask for anything better he. Also cleared out some recalls that were sitting on my car for a couple of months as well. The service was beyond my expectations! Even the shuttle driver that picked me up was extremely nice, friendly and had excellent customer service. Even though I reside in Maryland I would recommend my acura being serviced at this location! (Plus, I get to see my babies) it's a win win! Thank you to all that played a part in relieving my anxiety and not pushing me away. All 10's! I am completely satisfied with everything!! Cisco is the best, give that man a raise!!!! More
