Thank you for your feedback. We understand your frustration, especially with a 2024 model. While we're glad Nick was able to provide a discount to help with the repair, we recognize that learning the issue was not covered under warranty was disappointing.
Because the unplugged connection was determined to be related to the original installation rather than a warrantable product defect, it fell outside of the manufacturer's warranty guidelines. We appreciate you bringing your concerns to our attention and are grateful for the opportunity to assist in resolving the issue.
