Clara was friendly and responded to my questions quickly. My only complaint is with the application process. I was purchasing from out of state, I had financing through my credit union, I was told I had to f My only complaint is with the application process. I was purchasing from out of state, I had financing through my credit union, I was told I had to fill out the "request for financing" form in order to move forward with my purchase. I was assured this was just for identification purpose and they would not be pulling my credit report. I was given the final purchase cost. I sent the pictures of the checks from my bank for the total. The following morning, I get a call from Sam in finance informing me that I qualify for a lower interest rate than what my credit union had given me. As I was pleased to have a lower interest rate, I didn't appreciate being tricked/mislead. I agreed to have my financing through them. My rate decreased from 3.5% to 2.99% but my monthly payments went up $18/month. How could this be? Well after reworking the numbers for tax/tag/title/fees for my state (Florida), the total price had increased. This all felt very tricky or deceptive, I'm sure it was not. I wish I had known the "total" I was given the day before did not reflect my state specific tax/tag/title/fees only estimated numbers. Sam and Clara were very patient while explaining this to me. The vehicle was delivered (for a $560 fee) promptly. Also, I had asked about any cosmetic imperfections and was assured there were none. On arrival there was a dent in the hood (paint not cracked) and an area with 4 moderately deep scratches on the passenger side just forward of and beneath the door panel. Buying a used car, I expect there to be some imperfections, but I also would appreciate being told about them prior to paying for delivery. More
