I had a great experience with this dealer when I purchased my Kia Sedan. The staff was exceptionally nice and accommodating throughout the process. I was interested in buying a car that i found online and informed the car salesman I had my own financing through my bank and I feel like because I wouldn't use thier financing they gave me the run around a informed the car salesman I had my own financing through my bank and I feel like because I wouldn't use thier financing they gave me the run around and no one would help me. I have reached out to my saleman(Jeff) and a manager (Clearance) multiple times trying to get a buyers order so I could get the check from my bank so I could purchase the car. After multiple attempts Clearance finally sent me a buyers order but did not sign it. Called him back and emailed him several times about sending me a signed buyers order which he said he would send right over but he never did. I understand they get more money off using thier Financing but we as consumers should be allowed to use our own if we so choose. It shouldn't be this difficult to purchase a car needless to say I will be taking my business elsewhere. More
