Cris was beyond helpful and accommodating making the buying process as easy and smooth as possible. He answered every question and put me at ease with all of the financing paperwork and took care of all buying process as easy and smooth as possible. He answered every question and put me at ease with all of the financing paperwork and took care of all of the little things like transfer of the EZ pass, the title, the new plates; helping me change over my car insurance ; explaining the Kia app and making sure my car was ready to go! He was the ultimate professional and his customer service was exemplary from the minute I walked into the dealership. I have never felt more comfortable and confident with such an important purchase. After working with him there was no doubt I was going to give my business to Raceway Kia and I will recommend it my friends and family if they can deal with Cris. Coming from someone who works in the retail business…. He does everything right. More

The evening of 10/20/2023 I was online shopping for an inexpensive car for my family. I checked the Raceway Kia of Conshohocken inventory to see what the cost of a Kia Rio would be. After a few clicks on inexpensive car for my family. I checked the Raceway Kia of Conshohocken inventory to see what the cost of a Kia Rio would be. After a few clicks on their website a price was generated. I received an email confirmation of the price from Raceway Kia and also received two calls from someone from Raceway named Christian. I went to the dealership today (10/21/2023) and my wife test drove the car. When I sat with the salesman to buy the car I was told they said they would not honor the price from the night before because they did not sell cars at MSRP. They could only sell the car if I bought a bunch of extras that would drive the price up. I showed the salesman the email from just the night before, and told him I wanted to buy the car at the price Raceway Kia gave me, nothing more and nothing less. He passed me along to another "manager," who reiterated the same thing. I asked about the email and phone calls from Raceway, he began to tell me it was not valid. I got quite angry and left. A short while later I called and asked for that manager's manager. The person who got on the phone began to tell about market changes to prices and how things changed with the way cars are sold. I was incredulous! I asked him if things had really changed in the market since last night? The people I dealt with in person was Hassan (first salesperson) and Nick (sales manager). The person I spoke to on the phone was Shane. I feel this was a true example of bait and switch and I think it is a terrible waste of consumer time. I have owned five Kia vehicles, and my intention is to reach out to the Raceway Ownership, Kia Corporate, Kia Consumer affairs, PA BBB and any other platform available. This really is a disingenuous way to conduct business. More

False information given regarding Smart Cruise Control w/ Stop & Go. We were told O the Sportage model we purchased had this feature. It did not as we fo out after purchase. We trusted our salesperson wh Stop & Go. We were told O the Sportage model we purchased had this feature. It did not as we fo out after purchase. We trusted our salesperson who told us that this feature was on the model we purchased. It was not. it is only available on the high end trim level. No redress offered expect to trade up this trim level for an additional 6,000-7,000$ and no loss of value on our trade in. We were told we should have test driven the car. We did, just not on a busy interstate in an unfamiliar vehicle at high speed simply to find out if the vehicle actually had this feature. We trusted the salesman. We should not have to verify their claims for what was supposedly a feature of this vehicle. More
