I should have realized they don't care about customers when you have a few sales people sitting around ignoring everyone, while customers are waiting to talk to sales people. That would also explain why they are the only dealership with cars on their lot - No one wants to buy from them twice. i would really like to stand outside Bell Audi on the street, and warn people, that they need to go someplace else. When i tried to call and set up service appointment, the person that answered, kept changing his store about what the service department is able to do. which goes to show that their own employees have no clue or care about the customer. PLEASE GO SOMEPLACE ELSE FOR YOUR OWN PEACE OF MIND. More
