They were great, helpful and very friendly. Had zero issues and they let me know approximately how long it would be. They got me a ride to and from where I needed to go. The buying experience was pleasant, Clarence was knowledgable and very helpful, we enjoyed working with him. The finance side was unnecessarily protracted, taking over two hours to process a cash tr knowledgable and very helpful, we enjoyed working with him. The finance side was unnecessarily protracted, taking over two hours to process a cash transaction. I am still at a loss to understand why the finance side took so long. The management made a big deal about Lithia being committed to a simple and transparent transaction, based on customer research (and used as the reason why it was a non-negotiable deal!). However, having made the decision to buy the car, we then spent a large amount of time waiting on the finance piece to complete. More
