Since childhood, I have always had an interest in cars. I think it is really what lead me to want to work for a highline dealership. I have been with Infiniti of Denver since April of 1999. One of the reasons I believe Infiniti of Denver is such a great place to work is because it always has a family type feeling for both the clients & employees. With that being said I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not working.

Warranty service and then some! Got a flat tire in the run flats on our Q50. Was not repairable, but covered by the platinum protection package we purchased when we bought the car. I Got a flat tire in the run flats on our Q50. Was not repairable, but covered by the platinum protection package we purchased when we bought the car. It took a little investigative work by Clark to figure out how to use the protection package since our car was purchased in Texas. But he got it figured out and took great care of us. Gave me a loaner for the day, so they could check out an unrelated issue we have seen with the breaks. Everything got done, including an oil change, and they even noticed it had a turn signal light out and replaced it (under warranty). More

Service I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the receptionist and other service rep were rude and not willing to help at help. They stated they w I had an appointment scheduled and when I arrived the receptionist and other service rep were rude and not willing to help at help. They stated they were short staffed too bad come back some other time would not even offer me another appointment time. I called Steve as we have bought two Infiniti’s from him and have never had a problem . He contacted Clark who was able to help me on my next visit had a loaner car and took great care of my service. These two are excellent employees and always willing to help the customer. More
