Since childhood, I have always had an interest in cars. I think it is really what lead me to want to work for a highline dealership. I have been with Infiniti of Denver since April of 1999. One of the reasons I believe Infiniti of Denver is such a great place to work is because it always has a family type feeling for both the clients & employees. With that being said I enjoy spending time with my family when I am not working.

My visit was for a scheduled maintenance check-up. When I arrived early in the morning Clark was expecting me. I was only there about an hour and everything was checked and I was ready to go. Enjoyed cof I arrived early in the morning Clark was expecting me. I was only there about an hour and everything was checked and I was ready to go. Enjoyed coffee and a doughnut while I waited. I have a few deep scratches on the car that would not buff out, but Clark gave me the card of someone to call to get them fixed. More

We bought our JX35 last August primarily because of the Infiniti service we have received in the past. We looked at other cars that might work for us, but overall, the service from Clark Hearold at Denver Infiniti service we have received in the past. We actually bought the car at Mike Ward Infiniti because they offered us a lower price and a better trade in on our FX 35. The service work will al be done at Denver Infiniti. More

I purchased a slightly used M37X in 2007. I also purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and purchased an extended warranty. During a holiday I was out of town driving this car and it developed a noise in the rear. I had it diagnosed and it was a wheel bearing failure, I called the dealer, it was less than 1,000 miles over extended warranty by the time I got home and took it in. They said they would work with me on the repair...they had the car 2 days I never did get a price, finally went and got it and took it somewhere else for repairs. I called service manager and left a message to discuss.....no response. I'm currently experiencing another wheel bearing problem that makes me wonder about recalls. Don't worry I will not call Infiniti Of Denver for Service. However, I have enjoyed the car and will be handing it down to my teenage son and looking to buy another. Not sure if I will stop by there or not at this point. More

I purchased a pre-owned vehicle from the dealership that still had over six months of manufacturer's warranty. The dealership has proven very responsive to resolving some relatively minor problems that I d still had over six months of manufacturer's warranty. Every time I bring my Infiniti in for service, I am treated with respect and a smile. They've always done great work on my car and I've been happy EVERY TIME.
