I came to Eagle Auto Group on 2-13-26 with a broken wind deflector on my 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum. John the parts manager was outside and recognized the deflector dragging on the pavement. He connected m deflector on my 2026 Ford Explorer Platinum. John the parts manager was outside and recognized the deflector dragging on the pavement. He connected me with Clark Nelson (service advisor). I explained the issue annd he went into the service department to see if a technician could either repair or remove the wind deflector. He immediately got me in, they removed the deflector, Clark brought it out and recommended I get it replaced when I get home, and even gave me a quote so I would know the cost involved. Clark went above and beyond to help get my issue resolved. They placed the cracked deflector in the back of my Explorer with the hardware so I could show the dealer where I purchased it from. People like Clark Nelson and John are what makes your dealership stand out among other auto dealerships Thanks again for helping me get home safely. More
