Tobi was always responsive with getting back to me but she can only tell me what the mechanic tells her. I brought the car in for a noise only when backing up. The mechanic said it’s the rear shocks, est she can only tell me what the mechanic tells her. I brought the car in for a noise only when backing up. The mechanic said it’s the rear shocks, estimated $1100! I’m not a mechanic but I fail to understand how a shock can make rhythmic noise only when backing up. I don’t now how much time or effort he put into troubleshooting or talking to Tobi. I might be willing to give you another opportunity to look at it if there were no cost. More

I bought a brand new F250 (order) from Justin, and I've had it in now 3 times for issues with trailering - the main reason for buying the truck - and the issue still carries on and I cannot tow safely or effectively. Truck is pushing a year old and unresolved by them.
