Claudette Green I have purchased my last 4 cars from Midlands Honda, of those 4, Claudette has sold me 3 of them. She is always so friendly and welcoming. Her cust I have purchased my last 4 cars from Midlands Honda, of those 4, Claudette has sold me 3 of them. She is always so friendly and welcoming. Her customer service is by far the best I've seen in any dealership. She makes sure you understand what you are purchasing and ensures you are absolutely in love with the vehicle before you leave the lot. I will definitely continue to come to Midlands for all of my Honda purchases because of her. More

Pre Owned Nightmare I would never recommend buying a pre owned car from Midlands Honda. I purchased a 2002 Grand Cherokee with 131,000 miles approximately 4 weeks ago. I I would never recommend buying a pre owned car from Midlands Honda. I purchased a 2002 Grand Cherokee with 131,000 miles approximately 4 weeks ago. I was looking for a dependable car for my 16 year old son. I test drove the car and did the routine maintenance check such as AC, Tire Tread, No check engine light, etc. I asked the sales person Claudette, about the inspection process on the vehicle. It was explained to me which sounded as if it was thoroughly inspected. I agreed to purchase the vehicle and told Claudette I would pick up the car the following day at noon. I asked for the routine wash and for the car to be filled up. I then followed up the following morning and asked for the car to be ready, cleaned, and filled up. Upon arrival, the car was washed but had very little gas. The car mats were also missing. I asked Claudette about the gas and I was told the policy was a $20 fill up max was allowed on used cars. I was also told the car mats were thrown away. She was able to find me some temporary mats to use, but I had to fill up the car so I could get the car home. I felt as if I had to constantly push the envelope to get anything done. The loud music was blaring through the dealership as well, so it did make it hard to even hear or think when purchasing the car. I wish I could say the experience got better the next few days, but that was just the beginning. The next morning when driving the car, the check engine light came on. I called Claudette on her cell phone and told her about the check engine light. She told me that she was off that day and to call service. I called the service department and they told me to bring it in. I brought in the car and the service manager he would read the check engine light and they would take care of the issue, since I just bought the car the previous day. I dropped off the car and received a call that evening explaining to me the car needed to go to the Jeep dealership since they could not work on it. I was told not to worry about the issue, that Midlands Honda would take care of it. The following afternoon I received a call from the service manager, telling me that the car was still on the lot and they decided not to fix the Jeep and I needed to call Claudette or the General Manager if I wanted further assistance. I took their advice and called both parties. Guess what, never got a call back, and to this day, have still not received a call. No, thank you, no follow up call from Claudette or the GM on how the car was running or even a courtesy call. I have now owned the Jeep for almost four weeks and have spent over $1500 in repairs. I guess next time I will have more luck buying a newer car and save the hassle. I have owned more than 11 cars in my lifetime and this is the first and last time I will ever purchase a car from Midlands Honda. More

Ms Claudette Green, the Customer Service Specialist with whom I dealt, was cheerful, knowledgeable, and a credit to the dealership and her fellow employees. I never bought a Honda vehicle before until now. After my experience I will say that I am now sold...I don't think I will ever buy another Dodge or GM vehicle ever again. For one I never been in a car facility like this one before. The 2014 Honda Civic series vehicles are brilliantly engineered. Best of all Ms.Claudette Green my sales woman really knew the vehicles very well and was able to understand my needs. Both the business and financial officers were able to work with me on a deal like never before. Well, whenever I go to midlands Honda, I never know what to expect, and I surely was not expecting to leave with a 2014 Accord...Honda wanted the used car I had, and my sales consultant, Claudette, said she to expect, and I surely was not expecting to leave with a 2014 Accord...Honda wanted the used car I had, and my sales consultant, Claudette, said she would be able to get me into a 2014 Accord.. I arrived, she asked me what kind of car I would be interested in, and then showed me all the features of the 2014 Accord, and even took me for a test drive..I was truly amazed at the new features, and how fresh the newer models was.. The car was awesome, I couldn't see anyone passing that opportunity up, we talked, I was presented with some numbers at first I couldn't work with, but they really wanted to see me get this car, and was willing to work with me wholeheartly with something I could manage...The experience at this dealer was great..service was fantastic, employees were very friendly, and it was a very lively atmosphere. I tell you, they want to work with you and make sure u leave there happy, and I definitely was, with my 2014 Accord that I can keep for years to come. Big shoutout, and extra thanks to Claudette Green and crew, for making me feel important, happy, and giving me a chance to live a dream..I love midlands Honda and will recommend it to everyone!!!! More
