Down to Earth and Easy to Work With Claudia was patient, Les was a helpful manager, and Cory was an all star deal closer. I went in on a whim to try a bigger SUV than I planned to buy and LOVED it. This was after Claudia took me out in a smaller SUV the previous day that I just wasn't feeling. I went in, was immediately catered to, never felt pressured, and was taken care of. The entire staff was wonderful and I'm so happy with my new (to me) Explorer. Went in for a used car left with a brand new one! Claudia and everyone was amazing!!!
