I went in on a whim to try a bigger SUV than I planned to buy and LOVED it. This was after Claudia took me out in a smaller SUV the previous day that I just wasn't feeling. I went in, was immediately catered to, never felt pressured, and was taken care of. The entire staff was wonderful and I'm so happy with my new (to me) Explorer.
