Claudio tries to help me and he does attempt to get the prices down. The work gets done and I always get a free ride back to the dealership to get my car. My main issue stem with the prices. I have some work done on my Fiat at Arrigo but anything I can get done at more reasonable price I get done at other service centers. For example, over $500 for a new battery is way to much. It is hundreds less at other places. And the brake quote from Arrigo was way over what Firestone charges for the same job. If only Arrigo would have matched Firestone's quote they would have earned another $800 from my last visit. More

The day I purchased my car everything was good. The salesman and the manager made sure that I left that day driving the car that I wanted. But since then the communication has been the worse. I received a letter from the extended warranty company. I reached out to them, and they have not been contacted by the dealership to start my bumper-to-bumper extended warranty. I reached out to the dealership three days ago and have not received a phone call back. Today is April 24, 2026 Friday. I will try reaching out again to see if I can get someone to help me. The lack of communication and the callbacks is non existent. Also, I have had my car for three months and still have not received my registration. I contacted DMV. My car is registered to my tag. And they are supposed to mail out my registration within 30 days of purchase of my car. So I did find out that it is also illegal for them not to send my registration. More
