We had to ask them to perform specific diagnostic tests on the wiring, sensors, and pressure systems. Every test came back normal, yet they continued pushing the same expensive, unrelated recommendations. It felt like the proposal was generated before the actual diagnosis rather than based on the test results. I expected transparent, evidence-based recommendations from a luxury dealership, but this experience left me disappointed. More
