We had an appt and service advisor didn’t know we were coming. Told us that the “system” didn’t work with on line appts. We asked for a call when car was ready as we went to a store to shop during servi coming. Told us that the “system” didn’t work with on line appts. We asked for a call when car was ready as we went to a store to shop during service. No one called. When I called no one answered phone I called several times No answer. We just returned to service area and car was ready but parked crooked in parking space. Driver seat reclined all the way back like someone was hanging out in car. I informed advisor when we dropped off car about sputtering on initial start up. He told me “that’s just the way they are made”. Not a very customer friendly answer about a luxury car. Tar spot that was supposed to be removed on bumper wasn’t addressed. I did it when I got home. So, al on all, experience was less than satisfactory. More
