Clay Estes made the vehicle buying process quick, efficient and easy. He found what I wanted, handled all of my add on’s and installation then delivered it promptly. From start to finished, Clay and his team were awesome. Very responsive to phone calls, and worked to find the vehicle I was looking for. Clay Estes was very easy to work with again. He helped me find My 2021 GMC during Covid shortages and put me in a 2024 when I needed to replace the 2021 due to being totaled in an unfortunate ac He helped me find My 2021 GMC during Covid shortages and put me in a 2024 when I needed to replace the 2021 due to being totaled in an unfortunate accident. Both times he helped me find an incredible truck and was not pushy to add on extra items or upsell me on something I didn’t need. I originally called looking for a used truck to since I was replacing a total loss but he mentioned looking at the 2024’s due to massive discounts currently offered. I don’t consider this an upsell because the new one ended up being in the same price range as a 2022-2023 used trucks that I saw elsewhere. Hopefully I make it 6 to 8 years with this one but I will be making another 4 hour trip from my home to work with Clay again when the need for my next new truck comes up. I recommend Clay Estes and James Wood dealership to anyone in the market for a new truck. More
