If you are looking for the personal care that used to exist in business then look no further than James Woods Motors in Decatur, Texas. I have now purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both exist in business then look no further than James Woods Motors in Decatur, Texas. I have now purchased two vehicles from this dealership and both times were easy, straight forward transactions. None of that, “lemme go check with the finance people” 15 times, just a “This is how much I will pay” and it either works or it doesn’t. I love how I never felt any pressure at all during either purchase and if you are in the market for a new vehicle, give James Woods in Decatur a try. Ask for Clay and tell him John sent ya! More

On Friday, 6. 16.23 I called James Wood Chevrolet Buick GMC in Decatur to schedule an appointment to look at a few vehicles. We had an idea of what we were looking 16.23 I called James Wood Chevrolet Buick GMC in Decatur to schedule an appointment to look at a few vehicles. We had an idea of what we were looking for but wanted to physically see the vehicles prior to deciding. I spoke to Clay Estes, he looked up to verify if the vehicles we were interested in were available, then we scheduled to meet the next morning. Saturday morning, we arrived, and Clay was there to greet us. He had my list ready and pulled the vehicles out for us to test drive. After driving two we talked to him about what we liked and did not like about each vehicle. He then let us know there was another vehicle he saw in the back lot that had just come in a few days prior and he thought it sounded like what we were looking for. He took us on the golf cart to see it and he was right. It was exactly what we were looking for. We began the paperwork and shortly after we drove home in our new vehicle. We have purchased many vehicles over the years, but I can honestly say that working with Clay was the best experience we have ever had. If we had worked with another salesperson who was not as "boots on the ground" as Clay, we would not have found the vehicle we wanted. I am so thankful for him, he was personable, kind and explained every step. With his hard work we were able to get exactly what we wanted. On top of that I had accidently left something important in our trade in vehicle. I texted him Monday after we bought our vehicle on Saturday, and he found the items I had left. This dealership is an hour from our home, but I can guarantee that when we are ready for our next vehicle, we will call Clay Estes. I highly recommend him if you are looking to purchase a new vehicle. More
