Salesman Clay Fuchs was spot on from our arrival throughout our visit. He had 3 vehicles ready and waiting for us to drive, each equipped according to my prior specifications. Then, when I did a complete 180 on the vehicle I suddenly thought might interest me more, he smiled and brought out another two or three cars for me to test drive. It was one of those that I ended up buying after he reviewed the differences in price, equipment, etc. His explanations were clear, forthright, and extremely informative. I never felt pushed or threatened or disrespected even after asking seemingly endless and probably even a few silly questions. His style and knowledge was heads above any prior experiences I've had with car salesmen in the past several decades. In the end, I came to appreciate how intuitive and responsive he was to my needs regarding style, nuts/bolts, safety, endurance and financial. I could not be more pleased with the entire process and, of course, with my snazzy new Mazda. More
