We were greeted by Clay Garrett when we walked in and he immediately put us at ease. He knew all of the cars on the lot and all of their amenities and took the time to patiently wait as we told him what we were looking for and why. We were delighted when his manager Jeff Davis appeared as we had purchased our last Subaru from his dealership in Ft. Worth and loved working with him! This dealership, unlike many others, has a happy atmosphere. It seems as though the people working there actually like their jobs and each other. We were so happy with our experience and our vehicle we went home and told our neighbors about it and they went the next day and purchased a car for their college bound daughter. We are actually heading back soon to trade in my Mercedes for a new Subaru! This is why I returned to five Star even though I wasn’t too sure that you had the vehicle that would fit our needs based on my Internet search. Please keep in mind, I had searched within a 250 mile radius of Fort Worth and had picked out several cars which I thought would fit our needs and seem to be priced right . Clay showed us the vehicle I called him about and my wife and I were thinking very seriously about purchasing that vehicle. Without trying to upsell us Clay showed us the certified used 2017 and simply said this is the best value. As a result we looked over the car closely and decided that that was the best place to put our money since we are retired and more or less on a fixed income both of us are very cautious when approaching any major financial decision . We are very grateful that Clay showed us a vehicle other than what I asked to see as well as the vehicle I had come in to see because we ended up with the best value for us as a result. I would also like to mention that your finance person Bryan Brian Button was also extremely helpful and insightful. In fact Bryan was kind enough to show us where we were about to make a mistake and helped us to make what we believe is the best decision for us. In most cases it is been my experience that it is more fun to go have a root canal without Novocain them to purchase a vehicle. This was a very pleasant first. We enjoyed the experience we like to your people and I would definitely recommend your dealership and especially the people we dealt with. More

I was free to pick and choose the add ons that made sense for me and make an educated decision on finance options. Met the service staff and had a short walk thru of their service area - I think you could eat back there as it is spotless and well organized- my former quality manager life springs out.
