He was never pushy and gave me time to explore my options. He also was readily available to answer all the questions I had (and I had a lot). He took the time to go on three different test drives with me and was friendly, polite and professional. At one point, I needed to leave the dealership and return later. When I came back, Clay still made me feel like a priority while attending to other customers. I was so impressed with his customer service. He wasn’t following us around or constantly nagging in our ears. He let us do our search and gave us his information when we were ready for questions. We went to few other dealerships and we came back to Clay right away. He was straightforward, professional, kind, and definitely friendly enough to keep us around long enough. He stayed with us beyond his scheduled work time to make sure we left the dealership satisfied. He made sure every part of our experience was fantastic. There are not enough good words in the English dictionary to describe how great Clay was. The dealership is VERY lucky to have him and they need to reward him for keeping his customers beyond satisfied. No time wasted just good information. I came to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine because I knew the Subaru Outback was about $2600 less than other dealers around. So I just walk into the lot I came to Five Star Subaru of Grapevine because I knew the Subaru Outback was about $2600 less than other dealers around. So I just walk into the lot on crutches I broke my ankle back in January to have a look. Then as I knew would happen out came a sales person. Clay Garrett I just waited and then surprise Clay ask about my leg and if I had any questions not a hard sale or any bull. He really just wanted to make me and my family feel welcome. I knew what I wanted and Clay did answer all my questions so I was 100% sure the Outback was right for us. We test drove for 15 minutes perfect,only color really was needed to finalize a deal.I like white my wife wanted blue. So now we did paper work on a new Subaru Blue Outback from Five Star Subaru of Grapevine. Clay really is a great salesman he helped me get a updated copy of the our insurance from the Internet like in a minute, just a very helpful guy. Very happy with everything and everyone at this dealership mostly Clay Garrett Thanks love our Outback. More

When it comes to Clay Garrett, he is definitely the guy you want to see about your Subaru. He was fun to be around yet business oriented enough to make sure you got what you came for and enjoy your time doing it. Meeting the Five Star Subaru family in the management, sales, parts and service departments was also a nice touch. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and at home. My family liked the experience so much we made sure we got all three of our Subaru cars from Grapevine Subaru, part of the Five Star family of dealerships.
