I am a Clay Moorhead "customer for life". I will never buy a car from anyone other than him. This is the second new BMW we have purchased from Clay since moving to Cincinnati. Recently, when it will never buy a car from anyone other than him. This is the second new BMW we have purchased from Clay since moving to Cincinnati. Recently, when it was time for my youngest son to buy his first car after graduating from college, We contacted Clay. He patiently and persistently stuck with the process, overcoming several challenges, including no credit history for my son. He went as far to arrange test drives with other brands for my son ... to make sure he introduced and compared options, assuring that he would not look back and regret his decision. My son loves the car and unlike many people, actually enjoyed the experience of buying a car ... all thanks to Clay. My wife also feels the same way about Clay when we bought her X5 two years ago. He is responsive, respectful, enthusiastic, extremely knowledgeable and always does what he says he will do. From the moment I starting thinking about purchasing a new vehicle, Clay was extremely helpful. He assisted me in narrowing down which model would be the best fit for me & my lifestyle. I was very indecisive when it came to picking out exterior color, interior color, and the trim. Clay worked with me answering any & all questions I had. I trusted his opinion & went with the oyster leather interior after my many concerns. He assured me that I would be happy with it and he was right! I couldn't be happier! Never once did I leave a message or send an email that wasn't responded to within the same day. I am truly happy with my experience with Jake Sweeney BMW and plan on recommending Clay to all my friends and family. I was interested in possibly leasing a BMW & sent out some email inquiries. Jake Sweeney BMW salesman Clay Moorhead responded to me right away. We discussed the terms I needed (lease amount, mileage and some email inquiries. Jake Sweeney BMW salesman Clay Moorhead responded to me right away. We discussed the terms I needed (lease amount, mileage and lease terms, car features, etc.), and he invited me over for a test drive. When I drove the BMW 5-series, that was it - I had to have that car. At the time, Clay couldn't offer a deal that was right for me, but he didn't high-pressure me into accepting anything less than I wanted. He told me he'd keep working on it. A few weeks later Clay called me & said, "Get in here, girl, we have a 30-day lease special on the 5-Series - I can get you in your car!" I jumped at it! Finance Manager Darrin Roll was nothing like I expected, either. Darrin was warm, personable, not high pressure, and he gave me excellent terms, slightly better than even I had asked for. 3 years later when the lease expired, I went straight back to Clay to discuss purchasing a BMW. He offered me several fantastic deals, and, in the end, I decided to buy my beloved lease car. Clay and Darrin were able to secure incredible financing terms for me again. I can't rave enough about Clay Moorhead. He's unlike any "car salesman" I've ever known. Not only is he genuinely warm, he takes time to discuss your needs and desires in order to understand better what car and features will fit you best. Clay explains every detail about your potential vehicle, every detail about pricing and financing options, including pros and cons of each alternative. He works like a bulldog to meet your needs, and he keeps in regular touch after the sale to make sure you're still happy. I wholeheartedly recommend him and Jake Sweeney BMW for making every facet - shopping, negotiating, financing, and service - a positively superb experience. More

Jake Sweeney BMW has hired nothing less than gold with Clay Moorhead. I worked with an associate at the "BMW Store" for over six months before I went to Jake Sweeney with zero success. I went online to Jake Sweeney BMW to check out a 2009 128i that was available and was surprised to see a chat session. It was Clay Moorhead. I made an appointment for the next day. I left that day a proud owner of a beautiful 128i BMW. Clay is honest and sincere. He did not try to "up sell" me. He knew what I wanted and what I could afford. Buying a car is a stressful. Clay made my experience fun. Thank you Clay!!! More

I have purchased 5 BMWs over the past 10 years from 3 different dealerships. When I make a new purchase, I have already researched the model and features. I am an engineer that oversees manufacturing glo different dealerships. When I make a new purchase, I have already researched the model and features. I am an engineer that oversees manufacturing globally for a large multinational company based in Cincinnati. I know what will be my next car several months before initiating a purchase. I can tell when one tire is low in pressure. I dont need a sensor. Yes. I am that guy. A car purchase is a calculated decision. it's my hobby. It's my vice. The only differentiating characteristics become customer service and value when it is time to buy. Clay Moorehead has been my salesperson since 2007. He seeks to understand what I want then works on flawless execution. Every time. I even measure his response time to an email which is less than 24 hours. I want to give him feedback for continuous improvement, so I look for very little things. Nobody outperforms them including price. I know from experience that my new 4 series next month will come with the fit, finish and features that make it a BMW. I know that Clay will hold the dealer experience to the same high standard of perfection. I consider myself BMW brand loyal even though I have a F150 and other cars in my household. Not every BMW vehicle has been perfect, but I could not ask more of the manufacturer or the dealer to adjust it perfect. Even if I move away from the area, I think the professionalism from my recent string of experiences will always bring me to Sweeney first for consideration. I consider Clay to be the best salesman I have met from any dealer. He knows me. He tolerates me. When was the last time you measured your car buying performance in response time to an email? Just sayin. More

Not usually one that likes to go to car dealerships and shop for cars. I received Clay's name from a coworker, so I gave him a call and he was right on top of things for me. As soon as I said no, he moved on to the next car and didn't push that car. That's why I liked about him. I had 2 other people with me and they both said that they've never seen a sales person like him. He definitely is not interested in selling a car just to sell it. He wants to give the customer exactly what they are looking for. Definitely if you're looking for a BMW come to Jake Sweeney and ask for Clay Moorhead. He got me the best deal he could get me and I am LOVING my car. Every time I go in and he's not there, other sales people are more than happy to help. Also the maintenance area is great as well. Took the car in for an oil change and to have them look at a few things, they gave me a loaner and I had a phone call by the end of the day to tell me the status, the cost, whether it was really important that I fixed the things I had them check out. A+ in service not on by the service department, but by Clay and the manager of the dealership. My experience here has been the best yet. THIS IS THE PLACE TO SHOP if you're looking for a new car.
