Customer Service A + I bought my first BMW X3 from Clay Morehead in 2012. Last month when I started looking for a 2015 X3 I called Clay even though I live in Nashville, T I bought my first BMW X3 from Clay Morehead in 2012. Last month when I started looking for a 2015 X3 I called Clay even though I live in Nashville, TN, Clay did not have the vehicle I was looking for. Unfortunately, I found what I was looking for somewhere else. I just wanted to say that I would definitely buy a vehicle from Clay and this dealership even though I live in Tennessee. Very professional and helpful. Today I spoke with Nick Angelo in the finance department about a possible extended warranty for my BMW. Nick was very helpful explaining the best option for me. He DID NOT try to push a product on me like many places do. He provided me with several options and told me to think about what was best for me and to call him back if I had any question or when I was ready to purchase. More

Rob found the exact car I was shopping for as it was headed for the USA on the high seas. He kept me informed as to its arrival at the port and the date it was to arrive at the dealership. All this was accomplished by email and phone calls because we had never met face to face. On the date we were to pick up our new 5 series BMW my wife and I drove the 300 miles to Cincinnati. We were met by Rob and the rest of the friendly and knowledgeable staff of Jake Sweeney BMW. Communication with Clay by emailing and occasional calling has been flawless and stress free. He has been very straight forward about the deals he could give me. He is the manager of internet sales and gave me the best price in the market. I have been researching and dealing with the dealers in Dayton and Cincinnati. I am a USAA member so I was eligible for extra incentives, but Clay's offer was the best. Other dealers 3rd or 4th best offers all fell below Clay's FIRST offer. Today, I purchased a 328i xDrive from Jake Sweeney BMW with the help of Clay and Jo (client advisor). Jo also has been so wonderful to let me know about my new BMW. She had a temporary medical condition to use her crutches, but she put all of her efforts to help me out. Nick (financial manager) also explained me about the optional warranties I can purchase throughly. If you want to buy a BMW at a good price without stress, I recommend you to contact Jo or Clay. The best dealer experience ever. Very ethical and professional dealership. I highly recommend this dealer to everyone. More

I was in the market for a used BMW x3. I found my perfect car at the jake sweeney BMW dealership on Kemper rd. Clay Moorehead was who I communicated with before I visited. I met with Clay and he was professional, helpful , knowledgable and very friendly. He was even able to get me a better interest rate than my credit union through BMW financial!!! He also took the time after my purchase to take me for a ride and show me how everything in the car operates, as this is my first BMW. I really appreciated how helpful that was to me. Also, had my grandson , Chayce with me and he found a new buddy in Clay! He kept an eye on Chayce while I was finishing the paperwork. He was very entertaining ! Great service! I highly recommend Clay if you are in market for a car! More
