My husband brings his car to JS for servicing and is very impressed with the quality of service and with Jeff Page, his service representative. In regards to my leasing a new vehicle, superb service from the get-go. They treat new business like an existing customer and can't bend over backwards enough to ensure they understand what you want and go the extra mile to ensure you get it. My husband and I are super picky about any service provider, and we can't say enough good things about the folks at Jake Sweeney. What especially impresses us is, the customer-first approach doesn't stop once you drive off the lot. The continuation of service and meeting your needs exceeds expectations. Everyone we came into contact with is wonderful and so service-oriented. Clay Moorhead was very helpful in getting the sales process started. Jonathan Miller made completing the paperwork an easy and understandable process. Aatir was very helpful in explaining the overview of functionality on the day we picked up the car. Fantastic overall benchmark experience! I was given Clay Moorhead and Greg Sewell's contact from Costco Auto Program. When I showed up without an appointment, Jeff educated me on BMW models I was given Clay Moorhead and Greg Sewell's contact from Costco Auto Program. When I showed up without an appointment, Jeff educated me on BMW models that potentially met my requirements. That initial positive experience continued with Greg who diligently showed the features that would meet my unique requirements. I was interested in pre-owned cars only. He invited me to keep the car over the weekend and sounded genuinely interested in "earning my business". He gave us complete freedom to test drive the car without accompanying us and then answered all my questions. And this was the only dealership that did that among different makes. I bought the service contracts that made sense to me that Mike Donahue explained to me patiently. Since I will be in the market again in 1-2 years time, I told Clay Moorhead that a new car would be a strong consideration. The attention despite being busy did not seem hurried. For an innocuous service check, Chris Owens diligently followed up as promised. Everyone is very courteous, terrific, funny and like family. In short, great teamwork in customer care, keeping the "Customer First" perspective and probably set the bar! More

The entire experience, from sales to service has been professional but friendly, and you do really feel like you are part of the family. The Finance guy was great (I used to be one) so I am always interested. Finally, the lady that showed me all the recent technology was very patient and didn't laugh at me (too much). The service department listened attentively to my concerns, made sure I had a ride or make me comfortable. And even after all of that, they fixed my car's problem. Purchased First BMW from Cincinnati North After a few weeks of communicating via email and phone, due to my unavailability because of work, I finally purchased my first BMW from this dealershi After a few weeks of communicating via email and phone, due to my unavailability because of work, I finally purchased my first BMW from this dealership! I never write reviews for anything I purchase but I believe this transaction deserve one. A 2013 335i was on their website and also AutoTrader that caught my attention so I requested more information from Clay Moorehead. I live just north of Indianapolis, IN and driving down to Cincinnati was not an option for me. So, we exchanged information regarding the vehicle and my trade-in via email and phone to get the first few steps out of the way which resulted in myself traveling to the dealership for an appraisal. When I finally managed to drive down, I first met Brad Schultz in which he walked me over to meet Clay Moorehead. From that point on, Brad took care of me from start to finish and let me tell you, this has got probably THE MOST professional and easiest negotiation, appraisal, the whole nine yards I've dealt with, ever. I have previously owned two BMW's before and during the process of obtaining them, they were nothing compared to this experience. Brad was very knowledgeable, focused on my needs, worked very hard with this deal, and very friendly as well. Without taking much of my time due to the distance traveled, he made sure that the paperwork was already in order and would just need my signature upon my arrival. This deal couldn't have gone as smooth as possible without him! In the end, Clay approached and congratulated me with the purchase and Brad made sure my requests were completed during the car checkup before I left. This dealership and with the likes of Clay and Brad definitely earned my business. I'm happy to say that I will be purchasing my next and all future BMWs from here! More

As Clay would put it, It's been a Claytastic experience. Clay also made sure the lease experience was seamless from collecting the necessary paperwork to securing the best deal possible. Aatir went out of his way to prepare custom winter tires even during his sick leave period. This is customer service at its best I would recommend this dealership to anyone who's going for BMW in the region. in fact, even if you were not considering a BMW, you should go check it out because you may change your mind. Their show room looks like the Avengers! you will drown in M3s/M4s/M5s/M6s/GTSs/i8s and Alpinas (just in case you're too picky). Go for it guys and enjoy! Hachim More

Purchased new BMW from out of State - Clay made it easy! I was looking for a very specific car and finally found it at BMW of Cincinnati North. I was hesitant about buying a car site unseen and from out of s I was looking for a very specific car and finally found it at BMW of Cincinnati North. I was hesitant about buying a car site unseen and from out of state. I reached out online and received a response from Clay within a couple hours. He worked diligently to get me the best price for the car, keeping it within my budget. He knew I was hesitant about buying the car out of state, but immediately put my mind at ease. He informed me they ship cars all the time, and even arranged the shipping for me using the same company they use, at a minimum price! He quickly answered all of my questions, sometimes twice - always with a great sense of humor! He remained in contact with me throughout the entire process, and continues to check in with me to make sure I am completely satisfied with my car. He made this process easy and was wonderful to work with. I dreaded the entire 'car buying experience' at a dealership, but thanks to Clay, this time it was painless! Clay - thanks for your endless time and patience answering all of my questions and for your great sense of humor, keeping me laughing throughout! When it comes time again for another car, you will be the first one I call. You rock! More
