A wealth of thanks This is my third car from this dealership. Every experience was so incredibly easy. My first Escape I picked out on a Saturday and needed it by Monda This is my third car from this dealership. Every experience was so incredibly easy. My first Escape I picked out on a Saturday and needed it by Monday and they delivered - no hitches. I went onto my second Escape and loved that too. This time I opted for an EcoSport. Did my choosing on Wednesday and picked it up on Friday (I could've actually had same day service but declined). My sales rep of my 3 cars is Clay Morsey and I work with him because he never pestered me as all the other dealerships in the area did. Bob Katz makes the paperwork a breeze and Dan Sexton gives a very knowledgeable tutuorial on all the electronics in the car. Thank you all very much! Barbara A. More

Great service and great deal I want thank you the great salesman Clay Morsey in Stamford Ford Lincoln. He seems like our uncle and very nice. He love children as well, we come to buy car with our Daughter and he always smiles with her. He supports us very quick and enthusiastic and answer our questions or navigate to some else there can answer some of our technical questions as well. We feel like a good deal for our car and make decision very quickly in just one day from morning to evening without entering much detailed evaluations as we feel like we can trust Clay and Stamford Ford Lincoln for their great business. Today we visit Stamford Ford Lincoln again to get free foot rubber masks he gives for our car and safely ask for CarFax details of our car to ensure everything is ok with our car. This is our first car and we confident about our new Ford Escape car now as the fact shows everything is very good !!! Also send my thanks to Tony to answer my questions until very late time 7PM. Thanks to Bob for get me through the paper works smoothly. And thanks Dan for technical details guideline when I get my car. And there are some other members there too but I don't remember much. Very much appreciate those nice people in Stamford Ford Lincoln to help to get things done quickly. All I need is just to pay the good deal amount and get the car home. A huge shout out to Clay Morsey whose friendly, warm demeanor and sense of humor made the leasing process enjoyable. He truly goes above and beyond. Stamford Ford Lincoln forgot my appointment I’m a little disappointment with the service that I received. I went and looked at an Explorer last Saturday since my dad bought one a few years ago a I’m a little disappointment with the service that I received. I went and looked at an Explorer last Saturday since my dad bought one a few years ago and had nothing but good things to say. I found the car that I wanted for a decent price and we started the paperwork with Bob. Everything went smoothly and we scheduled an appointment for the following Saturday to pick up the new car at 2pm. I walk into the dealership for my appointment yesterday and they had no idea I was supposed to be there. Scheduling error-ok fine. They have me wait awhile so they can get the car detailed quick, and in the mean time we start paperwork. They bring the car around and the coffee stain that I left on the cup holder last week was still there! (I even told the guy that came with me on the test drive that I spilled coffee and he said okay not a problem, we’ll clean it.) Ew! Not to mention there were finger prints all over the windshield. So I asked Clay if they even cleaned the car... At a loss for words he had it brought back while we finished more paperwork. Things went fairly smoothly after that , however , I walked into the dealership expecting 5 star service and in my opinion I received 3 star service. More
