Best Price By Far I am an 87 year old grandmother. I have always driven Fords. I went into the dealership and was treated like royalty. I drove an Escape and set abo I am an 87 year old grandmother. I have always driven Fords. I went into the dealership and was treated like royalty. I drove an Escape and set about negotiating a three lease. On the phone that night, my son-in-law questioned why was lease so expensive compared to a similar lease for a Honda CRV he just purchased. We both went back to the dealer to go over the numbers. It seems in Connecticut the personal property tax is included in the lease. He is from Westchester. Bottom line, the monthly lease price was superior! He has told all my eight children that Grandma is still on top of her game. Did I say I was treated like royalty? Clay, my salesperson, could not have been more accommodating. They even arranged for me to come back to the dealership a few times and learn how to use all the fancy features of the car. (I haven't owned a new car in 11 years.) More
