He very condescendingly ensured us if it went through his office it was done. Well it was not done. He then proceeded to try and pass us back to the department that sent us to him. We certainly wanted a copy of our VSC as both the engine and transmission needed replacement at less than 36,000 miles. Never again purchasing from this manufacturer or contentious employee. More
