From the very beginning, Cleason was friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and genuinely invested in making sure I felt comfortable and confident with my purchase. He never made me feel pressured or rushed. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explain everything clearly, and make sure I understood what I was getting. He even stayed late to make sure we could get the deal done, which meant so much to me. But what really made the experience special were the little things that showed how much he cared. He could tell how proud and excited I was about my new car, so he took the time to snap a few pictures of me with it so I could capture the moment. He also made sure my phone was completely hooked up and connected to the car before I drove away, rather than just sending me on my way. Those might seem like small things, but they made a huge difference. Cleason made me feel like more than just another customer. As a woman, I absolutely loved every thing about the buying process here. They were the first dealership we visited after we decided that we were going to trade in our car for a new vehicle.
