I shopped a few other dealers before I have bought several car from Clennon over thei years and each time he has worked hard to get me the best deal. I shopped a few other dealers before returning to Planet. Let me assure you that Planet will beat them all hands down on service and price. I will not waste my time visiting other dealers next time as Clennon will get my business. It's not everyday that you buy a new truck or car and to have the same professional salesman wok with you is a pleasure. Great experience! More

He was even smiling when I change the color of the vehicle I wanted, it was anything to please me which is the way people wants to be treated. The only thing that I was not happy with was not being offered the automatic start system, I was offered that the next day when I already had a done deal, he apologized for it, but I'm really hoping I can get that later. But over all service was excellent, the salesman was excellent so on that note instead of 100 I will give him a 95. Keep up the good work Planet Ford, I love my Escape. More

Refreshing, Helpful, Good Listeners I have never enjoyed buying a car before. From the initial contact and emails with Frances Ramos, I was never rushed, never intimidated, and made to I have never enjoyed buying a car before. From the initial contact and emails with Frances Ramos, I was never rushed, never intimidated, and made to feel like a friend. Frances is awesome as is her working partner, Clennon Preyear. Frances answered my questions promptly, accommodated me on short notice visits, and was polite and professional. I met Clennon when I signed papers and he was equally helpful. Ben Diblasio was forthright and very prepared by the time I sat down with him to go over financing. Joe Tazioli explained all the various optional equipment and services available to me and was not pushy at all. All in all, it was a great experience purchasing my new vehicle. I don't enjoy going "car shopping". I shall absolutely visit Planet Ford (on I-45 in Spring, TX.) if the need arises in the future. I hope these good folks are still around....especially Frances Ramos! More

We originally asked to have a explorer pulled for us to test drive it was waiting upfront for us when we arrived. After the test drive we decided that we would look at a truck no problem Clennon graciously drove us right over to them! It didn't take long for us to pick out the perfect F150 4x4 Lariat. We went for a test drive Clennon gave all the information on this vehicle extremely knowledgeable about their products. Never once did we ever feel pressured to purchase. When we arrived back and decided to move forward it was so smooth. No haggling over price we felt we got a good deal. Never once did they put pressure on for anything. Once we finished with that process we went to after market and Jeffrey was just as awesome no pressure what so ever. He even found a few discounts for us! Juan in finance was just as awesome he explained everything to us! Everyone from start to finish was amazing, kind and professional. I have to admit I hate going to dealerships but, these guys totally changed my mind and made our experience enjoyable and allowed us to truly be excited about our new truck. We have told everyone how awesome they were and will definitely recommend them in the future! More

I came in on Aug 31,2016 just to look at possibly switching All I can say is wow!!!! I am late in writing my review, but I am no less over satisfied. I came in on Aug 31,2016 just to look at possibly switching into a new car due to my old one having too many issues and on its last leg. I already trust the Ford name as I bought a 2011 Ford Fiesta June 27th 2010 and had put over 100000miles on it. I met Mr. Clennon Preyear right as I walked in the door. He greeted me with a smile and made me feel at ease right away. He introduced me to Mrs. Frances Ramos who smiled and greeted my father and I. She asked what cars I liked, and instantly found a few cars that matched what I was looking for. Mr. Preyear had me drive my beautiful black beast a new 2016 Ford Taurus. I instantly fell in love with the car and asked what kind of deals they were running as I had just purchased a home. I was introduced to the always wonderful Mr. Charles who with the help of Mr. Jeffery in vehicle extras worked in some mats and window tint. After we worked out some details I was then brought over to the office of Mr. Chad Jennings who went over every detail of what to expect and broke down when each service is to be completed. I felt so at ease when I left even though I was going to pay more than I originally wanted I was 100% satisfied that I was beyond taken care of. Mrs. Frances Ramos went above and beyond by getting to know me and offering to call her anytime along with Mr. Clennon. I actually had to take her up on this when I hit a piece of plastic that shredded my tire I called her just to get the number for the roadside. She not only gave me the number but called me about ten mins later and offered her assistance. She made sure I was okay and that my car was being properly cared for. I felt like I was part of the family and felt like way more than just a sale!!!! I will buy from y'all every time it's time to upgrade. Amazing service! More
