Sales experience My recent visit I was greeted by Taylor the salesman. He was dressed in a button down shirt what about three buttons unbutton leaving his chest fully exposed like he was going to a nightclub on a date. I explain to him that my wife I just had dental surgery and I wanted to test drive a truck we took a short drive and I told him I was taking my wife home to Somerville and I would return to talk about this truck in the please hold it. Upon my return when I start to negotiate the price the price listed on the Internet page was 20 999, however Taylor brought out a sheet with 20 199 on it and then money taken off to reflect the Internet price. I must say I gave to counter offers and both format or resistance and negative body language! Then another sales person came out and explain to me that they could not go any lower on the price listed and made excuses for why! You made it very clear what I was willing to pay and what I thought was a reasonable offer in hopes that they would counter offer a little bit. No such luck! I was very unhappy as I’d already driven an hour and total time And waste another two hours of my time trying to buy this truck. Very disappointed in the salesmanship! More

I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took m Recently purchased a new Escalade and was thrilled with the service. Today I brought it in for a car wash. I was quickly greeted by, Dean, who took my keys and showed me to the very nice lounge. I was offered water and a coffee. While waiting on my car, the General Manager, AJ and Sales Associate, Cliff who I worked with two months ago, both saw me sitting and waiting. Despite both being with other customers, they made the effort to come by and check-in on how I was enjoying my new car. Highly recommended for sales and service. More
