Impressed I had such a wonderful experience I felt so welcomed the moment I walked through the front door all the staff members were so nice. I was so blessed t I had such a wonderful experience I felt so welcomed the moment I walked through the front door all the staff members were so nice. I was so blessed that Cliff was available to help me find the car I was looking for I knew exactly what I wanted. Not once did he try to push me into buying another car or upsale me a car that was out of my price range. Cliff went through all the Carfax with me and was very detailed about the car I was looking into buying. I went in there terrified that they weren't going to want to help me out when they realized I had terrible credit but guess what they still helped me and were able to help me get the car I wanted!!! I got to leave the dealership with a new car and that's thanks to Cliff and the amazing staff at Zeck's!!!! So Thankful and Happy I went to Zeck's Dealership. Another truck from the best dealership This is the sixth vehicle we have purchased from Zeck Ford. Our experience has always been great but this was even better with guaranteed price. Ignored oil leak and overbooked salesman While the staff at Zeck are very friendly and supportive, my salesman was overbooked for the time-slot I had reserved and so I had to wait while he r While the staff at Zeck are very friendly and supportive, my salesman was overbooked for the time-slot I had reserved and so I had to wait while he raced between customers. I was also told that putting the cost on my Visa would not be an issue but when I arrived, I was told that I could only put $5K on a credit card, so I had call my bank and have them issue a certified cheque for the remainder. A real hassle to do over the phone. But what really leaves a bad taste in my mouth was when I picked up the Jeep, I pointed out some oil beneath the vehicle. The mechanic was called and he said he couldn't find any leaks. He suspected it was residual from a recent oil change. I drove the Jeep home (3 hours away) and parked it in my garage, where it promptly began to leak oil all over the concrete. I crawled up under the Jeep and could easily spot the oil pan gasket leak (which could signify a bad gasket or a collection of oil from a leak elsewhere). I'm not risking a 3 hour drive back to the dealership to have them investigate/repair the leak. I'll have to do it locally and pay for it. Very disappointed. Although I suspect this could be an isolated incident, I think its important for Zeck to get ALL feedback. More
