There was absolutely NO pressure and they showed me several vehicles (with out getting irritated) to find me exactly what I wanted! No Lot Lizards posted on their walls!! They even stayed late for me to finalize my purchase even though it was the night of their Christmas party. Super impressed with this customer service.
