Our Salesman was Cliff Settoon, the entire process was no pressure and made us feel like Lexus Family is what we wanted to be part of. Cliff was so knowlwdgeable and worked hard to find the perfect car for pressure and made us feel like Lexus Family is what we wanted to be part of. My wife had our battery replaced in Dec 2022 and the battery had to be replaced again. My wife was told by one of the service managers that the battery was under warranty but when I got there it wasn’t. battery had to be replaced again.
