They helped us every step of the way and didn’t pressure us like the other dealerships did. As for servicing our vehicle, the service department has very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Being retired from Chrysler, I was very impressed with how much the service people knew about their vehicles. I’ve been to other dealerships and found that there were too many unqualified service people... so as you can tell, I was very happy with the treatment and service received by DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM of Winter Haven... I can totally recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle, either to purchase or have serviced. More

So, They Reset the Fuel Filter Life Meter, and Charged Me More than the Quoted written Up Deal! I will Be Actively ProtestING the POOR Treatment I Received! ! Then lied about it when I confronted them. Juggled numbers in an attempt to confuse and mislead to their advantage. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Went to another dealership in Tampa walked out 2 hours later with a brand new charger. More
