As usual I showed up at 7;30 Check Engine light came on /I called Stephanie , My service adviser,she told me to bring it in next morning first thing. As usual I showed up at 7;30 AM ,Stephanie checked me in and got my van to Tommy the sprinter tech first at 8;00. Tommy diagnosed the problem, a warranty covered issue ,Stephanie ordered my parts , Tommy told me it was safe to drive and I was out back to work before 9:00 AM. Three days later Donna called me that my parts were in and I Scheduled a date for the repair. I've been having all my repairs done at Dodge Chrysler of Winter Haven since 2005. I'm in early if I need a ride back to my shop I get it,if The van needs to stay over night I get a rental and the team gets me back to work asap. I can't say enough about the team , Stephanie , Donna & Tommy ,the mechanic. I can trust that my business vehicle is in good hands! Thank You for all the good work! More

Top notch SALES AND SERVICE As the title says, from purchase of the vehicle to service, it was all above and beyond any of the other dealers we went to. They helped us every step of the way and didn’t pressure us like the other dealerships did. As for servicing our vehicle, the service department has very well trained and knowledgeable staff. Being retired from Chrysler, I was very impressed with how much the service people knew about their vehicles. I’ve been to other dealerships and found that there were too many unqualified service people... so as you can tell, I was very happy with the treatment and service received by DODGE CHRYSLER JEEP RAM of Winter Haven... I can totally recommend this dealership to anyone and everyone who is looking for a vehicle, either to purchase or have serviced. More

Yes, Loaner Truck, but This Should Have Been Disclosed or Discounted Properly! They Gave Me 4 Free Oil Changes, used 1 & Beefed Them about 1/2 Spent Fuel Filters! So, They Reset the Fuel Filter Life Meter, and Charged Me More than the Quoted written Up Deal! I will Be Actively ProtestING the POOR Treatment I Received! ! They Jacked UP The $$ by Charging ME More than the Out the Door Price, and I Believe my Sale Paperwork was Lost on Purpose!!:I give Them a 1 Rating at Best!! Low Cost Payment King, HA!! More

Bunch of number juggling clowns I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. They did a hard inquiry on my credit before we had even come to a decision on the price then when I asked I wouldn't buy a bicycle from these people. Then lied about it when I confronted them. Juggled numbers in an attempt to confuse and mislead to their advantage. Will NEVER recommend them to anyone. Went to another dealership in Tampa walked out 2 hours later with a brand new charger. More
