Chad, our salesman, went to great length to get us into the car we wanted. The financial rep got us a very good rate as well. Had the mechanics and parts department not been on strike I believe the detail the car we wanted. The financial rep got us a very good rate as well. There were a few glitches (title not found before I left, no owners manual ) but those were resolved (title mailed, owners manual ordered on eBay ).
