This dealership was one of the worst experiences I've had buying a car. It all came down to a lack of communication between whoever manages the online services and the sales team, and lack of communication buying a car. It all came down to a lack of communication between whoever manages the online services and the sales team, and lack of communication between sales members. First, after driving 2 hours, the car wasn't at the dealership when I arrived even though through call and text I had been told it was there and available. Then I met my first sales men and got sent with 2 others to pick up the car from the auction lot. Then they switched salesmen on me, and was constantly bombarded by another overbearing salesman who just wanted a cut of the sale. This dealership just didn't feel like whoever runs the floor knew what they were doing and made the experience confusing and exhausting. More
