The salesmen I worked with were good overall. However one of the sales managerswas rude to me when it came to me trading in a vechile I brought 3 months ago that had some problems. The biggest p However one of the sales managerswas rude to me when it came to me trading in a vechile I brought 3 months ago that had some problems. The biggest problem was knocking in the engine. I feel like a better deal could have been made when it came to the financing due to the fact that if it wasn’t for the problem I was having with the vechile Strivers sold to me I would have drove it for years and not have to go through the hassle of approval and being at the dealership for almost 9 hours with a 3 year old and 5 month old. I expressed to my sales men that I wanted as much as the paper work done over the phone and electronically as possible and nothing was done when I arrive and that’s why we was there all day. Another sales person also gave me false information In regards to me choosing the vechile I choose and if I had receive the correct information my decision would have been different. More
