Great, as usuall I brought our 2015 Sienna in for oil/filter change + tire rotation. As usual, it was done quickly while I waited and enjoyed the donuts and coffee you so kindly provide in the comfortable waiting room with a great TV. We have been with Jeff Hunter and the previous Toyota dealership that he bought out for almost 40 years. No one else is allowed to touch our cars but Jeff Hunter service people, unless you don't provide the service I need (which is almost never). We love dealing with Caroline Cortez in service. She always answers all of our questions & gets our vehicles serviced quickly. All the vehicles we have purchased from Jeff Hunter have lasted us 100,00 miles plus & 10-13 years without any problems due to lack of vehicle quality or work done by the service department. Over the many years we have been with this dealership, we are proud to call many of the employees, past and present, our friends. Even Will who drives the customer service van is a delight to ride with; he is fun to talk to and makes a sometimes long delivery or pick up circuit pass quickly. We have also had the pleasure of dealing with Bart & Cody when we purchased our Sienna. They are great people to show someone a new car---no pressure--which we, like most people, love. They always make it a point to come over and say hello when they see me in the waiting room. You don't see that much anymore, but it's those little things that make you want to come back to a dealership or any business because you really appreciate us. We may not be able to drive in 20+ years. We hope Jeff Hunter has the self-driving Toyotas by then. If so, we’ll be the first in line to get one. More

Stacy and Cody were friendly and helpful. Stacy and Cody made the experience of trading in an older car and purchasing a new one very easy. We found what we consider the best response to our need for safety, reliability, durability and worry-free maintenance in the package that was offered at Jeff Hunter Toyota. I described to Jose what I was seeking and he proposed this last Corolla of the 2017 season at a very doable price. He allowed us to drive the car without any pressure or hassles and provided information on leasing and purchasing as it was needed. We were made aware of standard safety features in the vehicle and were presented with options for extending the warranty and proactive tire and wheel coverage that will let us send our daughter to college out of state with diminished anxiety about how car maintenance and service will be done. Our financing experience was positive and without pressure. We were VERY pleased and look forward to having our service issues met locally with this dealer and in Oklahoma City at a dealership located nearby to her university. More
