Overall great experience. Our sales associate, Cody French, made a good first impression. He was courteous and professional while we asked to see several different vehicles. First Class Customer Service I can't say enough good things about this dealership. From the moment I pulled on to the lot I was given excellent customer service. He bent over backwards to get me every great perk offered at the dealership. Each person I came in contact with through my experience was friendly helpful and wanted me to have the best experience possible. second chance four years ago I went car shopping at about 7 or 8 dealerships. I told the salesman what amount I could afford and he found me a car that I liked, T four years ago I went car shopping at about 7 or 8 dealerships. I told the salesman what amount I could afford and he found me a car that I liked, The payment was more than I wanted but it was late and I signed the papers and drove home. Later that same night I was looking over the papers and saw that he had charged me $2000 more than the agreed upon price. The next day they apologized and adjusted the price but did not seem happy about it. That left a bad taste in my mouth. This past week, my son purchased a car at this dealer and I went over to see the car. The salesman was very nice, apologized several times and explained that our original salesman was no longer with the dealership and that he promised to make us a great deal if we needed a new car also. So we gave Jake Sweeney a second chance and not only did my son buy a car but so did I! We actually dealt with 2 salesman, Dante Goetz and Cody French. Both of them were personal, professional, knowledgeable and helpful. I would give both of them a 5 star rating. More
