I found my pickup on auto trader. Searching for a used pickup in the market was a nightmare, thankfully I found Ray Chevy. Cody made my process easy. I informed him I’m 500 miles Searching for a used pickup in the market was a nightmare, thankfully I found Ray Chevy. Cody made my process easy. I informed him I’m 500 miles from him, and I needed him to be upfront and honest about the pickup I was interested in. I requested him to take more pictures, and he flooded my phone giving pictures of everything I would have picked out buying a used pickup. 30 additional photos of underneath the pickup, and detailed images of the wheel wells. Along with a couple scratches that he made look worse in pictures than they did in person! Being 500 miles away I flew in to Chicago and he personally picked me up from the airport and drove me to dealership. Showing me exactly what I came to see, no surprises. (Besides being better than what I thought) After the test drive I walked through the shop into the lobby where I got greeted by multiple mechanics saying welcome to Ray Chevy! Bob (finance) did a transparent job of giving me all the hard numbers without shading them behind a monthly payment. I knew what the price was, and what I was going to pay. I drove my pickup 500 miles home and couldn’t be happier! When these guys give you the sales pitch “we’re transparent and honest” that’s 100% the truth!! (I bought a ford from a Chevy dealership and got this service.) Thanks Ray Chevy! More
